TheLocker.ID Rent Policy
- Items that have been rented in our systems may be exchanged at latest 7 days prior to rent start date.
- Items must be returned on the day and time given. Late return will be subjected to late penalty fee.
- We at TheLocker.ID are constantly checking our rented products in order to maintain our customer satisfaction. However, if you find any damage that is not caused by you when receiving the product please contact us on the same day and you can get a replacement or will be given store credit. If not reported, the product damages will be on your responsibility and will be applied a damage fee.
- Shall there be any defects found from previous renters (e.g. stolen parts, misuse or major stains) or if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your rented products you may contact us to replace it with another product with the same or less of the current rented value. If you do not find any suitable products then we are able to give the return in form of store credit that you may use for your next rent or purchase.
- We understand that rented goods that came back may be a little unclean (e.g. from makeups, dust, etc.). However, rented products that came back in altered from the pre-rented state (e.g. stained, modified, torn, etc.) are subjected to incur a fee to cover the damage or replace the product.
- If there are cancellation of any products rented. We at TheLocker.ID do not offer refunds in any forms other than store credit that may be used to purchase or rent in our store.
